2. What this site is

It is the information site of Cosa Nostra Gelatería, a gelato shop and café in Córdoba. Its purpose is to present the shop, the menu, the opening hours and the location. No products are sold and no payments are taken through the website.

3. Terms of use

Access is free of charge and grants user status. Users agree to use the site in accordance with the law, moral standards and public order, and not to take any action that may damage it, render it unusable or hinder its normal operation.

5. Liability

The owner does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site or the absence of errors. The menu, prices and opening hours shown are indicative and may change; those in force are the ones at the shop.

The owner is not liable for damage arising from incorrect use of the site or from interruptions beyond its control.

The website contains links to Google Maps, Instagram and TikTok. These are third-party services outside the owner's control, and the owner is not responsible for their contents or privacy policies. Access through those links is governed by each platform's terms.

This relationship is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be subject to the courts of Córdoba.

None. This website has no user accounts, no private area, no shopping cart and no database. No personal data of visitors is collected, stored or shared with third parties.

Whatever you type into the form is not sent or stored: it is not connected to any sending system. To contact the shop, use the Instagram profile or come to the shop in person.

4. Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any server, it records technical connection data —IP address, date and time, page requested— for security and operational purposes. Those logs are not used to identify visitors and are not cross-referenced with other information.

5. Your rights

As no personal data is processed, there is no data over which to exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection. If a connected form or an analytics tool is added in the future, this page will be updated and will state the controller, the purpose and the legal basis before any data is processed.
